REFUND & EXCHANGE

- Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are the only option available. You may request an exchange within 3 working days of receiving your parcel. The product can only be exchanged if it is unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Exchanges can be coordinated via email at zurqaofficial@gmail.com or by messaging us at 03249214236.
- Shipping Costs for Exchanges: If the product is damaged, we will cover the delivery charges for the exchange. However, if you wish to change the color or exchange for any other reason, a fee of 400 PKR will apply.
- Please note that claims and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to be processed. No exchanges can be made during sales or promotional periods, and products on sale are not eligible for exchange.
